Creating a habitual mindset

What can we learn from other countries' experience?

It is said that a habit is generally formed in around 66 days, but this, of course, depends on the individual and the individual's motivation. Good intentions reside in us all, but some need a little 'nudge' to distil good intentions into positive changes.

A nudge can come in many forms and some are more effective than others. Some nudges are found unintentionally in your day-to-day life, and others are more deliberate. Enabling them all is the ease of activation. In other words, how simple is it to turn a nudge into an action? Fintech is helping us to do this, apps like Monzo and Moneybox help us to save, whilst apps like PensionBee help us to see the bigger picture.

In this session, we will be looking at how customers expect us to help them, and we'll examine some lessons learned from Australia.
